2012 Rates*
From May 1st through November 20th ~ USD $180 per night
From November 21st through April 30th ~ USD $210 per night
From December 20th through January 3rd ~ USD $ 300 per night
*Bookings are Subject to a refundable $500 security deposit and prevailing Government Tax
To reserve your dates:
- Over 6 months prior to arrival date ~ 25% of full rental amount plus tax
- 1 to 6 months prior to arrival date ~ 50% of full rental amount plus tax
- 1 month or less until arrival date ~ full rental amount plus tax and security deposit
There are no refunds on rental deposits.
Dates may be changed up to 6 months before arrival for no charge.
From 2 to 6 months prior to arrival a charge of 10% of the full rental amount plus tax will be added.
No changes from 2 months prior to arrival date.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
